Gramercy Investment Group is an Atlanta-based owner and operator of value-add industrial real estate.

We buy functional Class B and C buildings: IOS, small bay, mid bay, and smaller single-tenant, $500k to $5M. We own buildings in Florida and the Southeast. Our buildings are in Lakeland, Winter Haven, Cocoa, Melbourne, and Palm Harbor, Florida, and in the Charlotte MSA, North Carolina. We are headquartered in Atlanta.

We manage our buildings ourselves. Leasing, capital projects, and tenant relationships are handled by our team, so we know what a building needs before we buy it.

Brokers deal directly with the decision maker. We pay buy-side commissions and give clear feedback on every submission.
